Even though we are officially starting the challenge on the 9th, you don’t have to wait to start getting your mind right for it. Go ahead and starting deleting negative things from your daily diet.
1. Slow down on the beer!
2. Start cutting back on the fried foods..
3. Take a walk after work. If its too hot, wait until around 7:15 or 7:30. This should help you to start getting your body ready for what’s to come. This personal trainer ain’t playing!!!
