Get your Beauty Sleep/ Rest!
When you don’t get enough rest it shows in your entire body, from head to toe. It actually shows in the way you wear your clothes as well! And if the man/woman doesn’t look good how in the world do you expect to make any kind of true fashion statement
Your eyes are constantly watering and may even be bloodshot. I don’t know about y’all but I don’t want to go anywhere with bloodshot eyes, it gives off the assumption that I’ve been drinking and may possibly be in a professional setting hung over (we don’t want to give the boss any more reasons to mess with us!). Try keeping eye drops with you in cases like this, the solution will only be temporary but it helps.
There is no way around the look that everyone has on their face when their sleepy. It’s inevitable that you’ll either look like a grouch or just completed disconnected with the what’s going on around you. It also shows in your body; being slumped over at your desk most of the day because you can’t stay awake can be very detrimental to your posture! When you have a good night’s sleep you essentially are a better person to be around!
Ladies, it’s a well-known fact that y’all do daily damage to your skin with makeup, cleansers, etc. Well, a full night of sleep allows your face to recover from the harsh treatment you’ve given it the day before. Get that full 8 in so your skin won’t look dull and flat. Fellas it affects our skin just as much too. Anyone not getting the proper amounts of sleep have a weakened immune system and are prone to more acne breakouts!!!
So to sum it up, SLEEP GOOD SO YOU CAN LOOK GOOD, lol! I know that’s horrible grammar but you get the point!
