Make sure that you’re taking the right supplements!

There are a billion companies out there that say to have the best products ever, but if they aren’t whole food based then it’s a “no-go”.  That means the foods such as fruits or vegetables make the supplements.  Our body breaks down these the best since our body is used to breaking down food. Many supplements are completely man made. They may have the right amount of a certain vitamin but the form being used is foreign to our body so we won’t get the same benefits as if we’d drank a glass of milk.  The man-made ones are also a lot cheaper than the whole food vitamins.

Take the time to invest in the proper supplements for your body. Taking the wrong ones are really just a waste of time!

Just because the label is fancy, that doesn’t mean it is the right supplement for you!
