What kinds of exercising are you doing everyday? Every little bit helps, and in more ways than you think! Did you know that exercise could do the follow:
- boost your brainpower
- reduce stress
- give you energy
- fight heart disease, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure
- boost your resting metabolic rate
- and of course, aids in weight loss
We could probably use help in one or more of these areas.
And we can kickstart our exercising in one of the most simplest ways: Walking. Yep, just walking. A 30-min walk everyday can get your body moving in the right direction. It’s not the only thing we have to do but a great place to start.
