Paris Fashion Week 2012

04 Oct

As you all may know, the major Fashion Weeks have been going on over the past week. I’ve followed them and picked a few of the best looks. Here are my top ten from New York…

This saavy black/gray wool  suit is perfect for the workplace. It exudes feminity, yet shows that she is the boss.  Women in business suits are some kind of sexy!!!

This suit is great. Perfectly tailored to cut right above the ankle to showcase the shoe.  The light cropped jacket on top of the suit jacket give the pairing a sense of playfulness and does it make it feel too stuffy as most suits often do.

This bold red evening gown is beautiful. The strapless ball gown is perfect for any gala. Women you’ll stand out extremely well in a dress like this!

More evening gowns ladies. If you don’t have anywhere to where them to then find a place! Everyone should have the opportunity to dress up and have a night on the town. Evening gowns such as this are always great.

Rockstar fashion at its finest. Ladies this look is chic, very 70’s Studio 54’ish type style. I love the relaxed yet very well put together look.

Chic looks for the “after 5” nightlife for the women, We all know that here in Georgia it doesn’t get too cold until January so you can still rock these styles for a while.

This purple and lilac dress is very beautiful. Not a fan of the black gloves but everything is immaculately put together.

Teal and black cocktail dress. The material has a reflectiveness that shines and shimmers with the ability to grasp everyone’s attention. I would definitely advise any woman to choose a dressier shoe to make this an appropriate evening attire, though. But other than that I love it.

I like how the two contrasting favrics work so well together here. The cotton sweater-ish top with the tutu inspired bottom is very different and unlike anything I’ve seen for women lately. The ballerina heels complete the ensemble perfectly.

Had to finish up with a look for the men. These three separate looks are all spectaularly put together. The suit is a perfect fit. The simple tie and pocket square lets you focus on the incredible tailoring rather than anything else. The middle and far right look are both casual and easily interchangeable. Guys if you’re brave enough to rock the leather pants then go right ahead. Make that fashion statement!

There were many looks that were amazing during Paris’ fashion week. Want to see more go to

Nice read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing a
little research on that. And he just bought me lunch since I found it for him smile So
let me rephrase that: Thank you for lunch!

I’m extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it is rare to see a great blog like this one nowadays.
