Suspenders seem to be making a come back. What are your thoughts? Also I would like to hear your thoughts on the timeless styles displayed in the movie “42” which also features a lot of suspenders. Where can we go to get something like that?

I’m a big fan of suspenders and definitely agree that they are making a comeback. I’ve started to wear them more frequently in combination with my bowties that are a staple in my wardrobe. As for getting them, I would definitely recommend any little vintage shop you come across selling them. Little five points has a multitude of shops that have them. I wouldn’t too much recommend going to the big box chain stores because they don’t have that authentic look; too uniform.
I loved the fashion in the movie, I loved he sophisticated look. It shows how men respected themselves and their women enough to make their dress an important part of their self presentation to the opposite sex and the world (something that I truly thing we all need to get back to). The fact that some of the trends have once again resurfaced goes to show you how good style will always come back to the forefront.
